Pradeep Abhirkar to be absorbed in NHSRCL parmanently

The technical resignation of Pradeep Abhirkar (IRSE:1999) from Railway Service has been accepted with effect from 29.11.2019 to enable him to get parmanent absorption in National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd. (NHSRCL).
