Pavan Kapoor (IFS: 1990) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday. He will replace Navdeep Singh Suri (IFS:1983), who has been heading the Indian mission in UAE since 2016. Kapoor is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
