Pankaj Tyagi gets extension as Director, DoAFW

The central deputation tenure of Pankaj Tyagi (CWES:1998) as Director, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare (DoAFW) has extended for 21 months. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare to extend the tenure of Tyagi for a period of 01 years and 09 months beyond January 20, 2022, and up to October 20, 2023, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
