M Dilip Kumar, Deputy Secretary, Central Secretariat Service has been appointed as Private Secretary to Jaswantsinh Bhabhor, Minister of State for Tribal Affairs at the level of Deputy Secretary on cantract basis . He is due to retire on 28.02.2019.
