Haryana cadre IAS officer Prashant Panwar (IAS:2015:HY) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Coal, Delhi. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on April 15, 2026, his appointment has been made under the central staffing scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
