Kamendra Kumar, ED, Telecommunication Consultant India Limited (TCIL) has been appointed to the post of Director (Technical) TCIL for a period of five years.
PESB had selected Kumar for the post on February 07, 2018. He replaces Rajesh Kapoor who retired on January 31 this year.
