Jogiranjan Panigrahi (IRS-C&CE:1990), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Taxtiles, was on Monday (10.01.2022) prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved premature repatriation of Panigrahi to his parent cadre on personal grounds with imposition of extended cooling off condition.
