IAS officer Ashutosh Garg (IAS:2014:HP) has been appointed to the post of Private Secretary to Jagat Prakash Nadda, Minister for Health and Family Welfare & Chemicals and Fertilizers. His appointment is specially pertains to Minister for Health and Family Welfare.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (09.07.2024), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Ashutosh Garg to the post for five years with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or co-terminus basis or till he ceases to funtion as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
