Haryana: Six IAS officers and IRS officer shifted; Ambala & Yamunanagar get new DCs

The Haryana government on Friday (31.01.2025) implemented a significant administrative reshuffle, issuing transfer orders for six IAS officers and one IRS officer. Notably, Ambala and Yamunanagar will have new Deputy Commissioners.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Rippudaman Singh Dhillon (IAS:2008:HY), Director General, Elementary Education and Secretary, School Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, National Health Mission and Secretary, Health Department.
2. Ajay Singh Tomer (IAS:2012:HY), Special Secretary, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department and Director, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Ambala.
3. Manoj Kumar-I (IAS:2012:HY), Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar, has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, Haryana Skill Development Mission and Director, Skill Development & Industrial Training and Special Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training Department.
4. Parth Gupta (IAS:2012:HY), Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar.
5. Prashant Panwar (IAS:2015:HY), Director, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) and Special Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, has been given additional charge of Mission Director, Mukhya Mantri Antyoday Parivaar Uttaan Yojna.
6. Rahul Narwal (IAS:2016:HY), Managing Director, CONFED, has been transferred and posted as Director, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication and Special Secretary, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department and Managing Director, CONFED.
7. Vivek Aggarwal (IRS-IT), Mission Director, Haryana Skill Development Mission and Director, Skill Development & Industrial Training and Secretary, Skill Development & Industrial Training Department, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Elementary Education and Secretary, School Education Department.
8. Anand Kumar Sharma (IAS:2019:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Mahendragarh, has been given additional charge of District Municipal Commissioner, Mahendragarh.
