Four IAS officers (2009 batch) empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on Monday (24.03.2025) announced the empanelment of 4 senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers from the 2009 batch for appointment to Joint Secretary or equivalent posts in the Government of India. Their empanelment was initially deferred.

They are;

1. Raman Kumar (IAS:2009:BH)
2. Sharandeep Kaur Brar (IAS:2009:HY)
3. D Prasanth Kumar Reddy (IAS:2009:OD)
4. Milind Dharmrao Ramteke (IAS:2009:TR)

It is noteworthy that on March 10, 2025, 16 senior IAS officers from the 2009 batch had already been empanelled for Joint Secretary or equivalent positions in the central government.
