Hargobinder Singh Dhaliwal (IPS:1997:AGMUT) has been posted as Chief of Delhi’s anti terror unit, Special Cell. He will head multiple sub-units handling anti terror cases, the cyber cell and the organised crime crackdown units.
An order issued on Monday (25.04.2022) stated, Dhaliwal will oversee the work of Special Cell in the rank of Special Commissioner of Police.
