A 2000 batch IAS officer, Deepak Agarwal’s new posting in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s constituency is being seen significant as he brings with him a vast administrative experience. Prior to this, Mr. Agarwal was the Divisional Commissioner, Saharanpur.
