Capt (Retd) Jagmohan, Director (Corporate Planning, Projects & Business Development), Goa Shipyard Limited, has been appointed as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MLD). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (17.04.2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Department of Defence Production to appoint Mr Jagmohan to the post for a period with effect from the date of his assumption of the charge of the post till the date of his retirement on September 30, 2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
