Binoy Kumar appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Steel

Binoy Kumar (IAS:1983:TG) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Steel and will take over as Secretary, Steel from September 1 after retirement of incumbent Aruna Sharma (IAS:1982:MP) on August 31. He will continue to hold additional charge of the post of Special Secretary, Logistic, Department of Commerce until 31.07.2018.
