Ashwini Kumar Tiwari (IDAS: 1994) has been granted a two-year extension in his role as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) in Mumbai. The official approval for this extension came from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, in accordance with the directive issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on September 20.
As a result of this extension, Mr. Tiwari’s tenure will now stretch beyond the initial date of October 14, 2023, reaching up to October 14, 2025, or until further instructions are issued, whichever event occurs first.
