The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of five General Managers and one Additional Member (Planning), Railway Board, from various services of the Indian Railways to ex-cadre posts for the panel year 2026.
According to the order, Prem Sagar Gupta (IRSE:1990) has been appointed as General Manager, Metro Railway, Kolkata.
Pankaj Sharma (IRSEE:1989) has been appointed as General Manager, North Western Railway, Jaipur.
U Subba Rao (IRSME:1987) has been appointed as General Manager, Southern Railway, Chennai.
Gitika Pandey (IRAS:1990) has been appointed as General Manager, Eastern Railway, Kolkata.
Manish Agarwal (IRSME:1989) has been appointed as General Manager, Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai.
Nilmani (IRSE:1990) has been appointed as Additional Member (Planning), Railway Board, New Delhi.
The appointments have been made against ex-cadre posts for the panel year 2026.
