Nikhil Gajraj appointed PS to Union Minister M N Panday

Nikhil Gajraj (IAS:2008:HY) has been apppointed as Private Secretary to Dr. Mahendra Nath Panday, Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years.
