The Supreme Court Collegium has passed a resolution recommending that six additional judges of the Patna High Court be made permanent judges.
They are :
1. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay
2. Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad
3. Justice Sanjay Kumar
4. Justice Madhuresh Prasad
5. Justice Mohit Kumar Shah and
6. Justice Prakash Chandra Jaiswal
