Two IAS officers transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Ladakh

New Delhi: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Saturday (November 6, 2026) ordered the transfer of two IAS officers from Jammu and Kashmir to Ladakh with immediate effect.

According to an order issued by the Ministry, Rakesh Minhas (IAS:2016:AGMUT) and Faz Lul Haseeb (IAS:2018:AGMUT) have been transferred to Ladakh from Jammu and Kashmir.

The transfers have been approved by the competent authority and will remain in force until further orders.
