Haryana transfers 17 IPS, 3 HPS officers; Sibash Kabiraj is new Gurugram CP

The Haryana government on Sunday (May 17, 2026) carried out a major reshuffle in the police department, transferring and posting 17 IPS and three HPS officers. The reshuffle was highlighted by the appointment of Sibash Kabiraj as the new Commissioner of Police, Gurugram.

Sibash Kabiraj (IPS:1999:HY), who was serving as Commissioner of Police, Panchkula with additional charge of ADGP/Cyber and Director, SCRB (H), Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Gurugram.

He replaces Vikas Arora (IPS:1998:HY), who has been moved and appointed as ADGP/Administration, Police Headquarters (PHQ), Panchkula.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Charu Bali (IPS:1995:HY), ADGP/RTC, Bhondsi, Gurugram with additional charge of Bhondsi Police Complex, Gurugram & ADGP, SV & ACB (H), Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, Bhondsi Police Complex, Gurugram.
2. Dr Matta Ravi Kiran (IPS:1996:HY), ADGP, Karnal Range, Karnal, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, SV & ACB (H).
3. KK Rao (IPS:1996:HY), ADGP, Hisar Range, Hisar, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, RTC, Bhondsi.
4. Vikas Arora (IPS:1998:HY), Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, has been transferred and posted as ADGP/Administration, PHQ, Panchkula.
5. Sibash Kabiraj (IPS:1999:HY), Commissioner of Police, Panchkula with additional charge of ADGP/Cyber & Director SCRB (H), Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Gurugram.
6. Rakesh Kumar Arya (IPS:2003:HY), IGP/SCB (H), Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as IGP/Crime Branch (H).
7. Ashok Kumar (IPS:2006:HY), IGP, CID (H), Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as IGP, Karnal Range, Karnal.
8. Om Parkash (IPS:2006:HY), IGP/HAP, Madhuban, has been transferred and posted as IGP, South Range, Rewari.
9. Naazneen Bhasin (IPS:2007:HY), IG, South Range, Rewari with additional charge of IGP/RTC, Bhondsi, has been transferred and posted as IGP/HAP, Madhuban, Karnal with additional charge of IGP/RTC, Bhondsi.
10. Kuldeep Singh (IPS:2007:HY), IGP/HSENB, Panchkula & IG, Law and Order (H), has been transferred and posted as IGP, Hisar Range, Hisar.
11. Hamid Akhtar (IPS:2008:HY), DIG/SCB, Haryana, Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as DIG/HAP, Madhuban.
12. Surinder Pal Singh (IPS(SPS):2010:HY), DIG, HAP, Madhuban, Karnal, has been transferred and posted as DIG/CID (H).
13. Rajender Kumar Meena (IPS:2011:HY), Joint CP, Sonipat with additional charge of DCP Headquarters, Sonipat, has been given additional charge as DIG, HSNCB, Sonipat along with his present duties.
14. Manbir Singh (IPS:2011:HY), DIG/PTC, Sunaria, Rohtak, has been given additional charge as DIG, HSNCB, Rohtak along with his present duties.
15. Sunil Kumar (IPS:2012:HY), SP/SCB (H) in the rank of DIG, has been transferred and posted as DIG/SCB (H), Panchkula with additional charge of DIG, HSNCB, Panchkula.
16. Surinder Singh Bhoria (IPS:2014:HY), SP, Law and Order, PHQ (H), Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as SP, STF, Panchkula with additional charge of SP, Commando, Newal Karnal.
17. Aditi Singh (IPS:2021:HY), awaiting posting, has been posted as SP, SV & ACB (H), GGM.
18. Siddharth Dhanda (HPS), SP, Telecom, Panchkula with additional charge of SP/ERSS, Panchkula, has been transferred and posted as SP, State Crime Branch (H).
19. Poonam (HPS), SP/SV & ACB, GGM, has been transferred and posted as SP/SCB (H). Pooja Dabla (HPS), SP, SCB (H), has been transferred and posted as SP/ERSS, Panchkula.
