IAS officer M Muthukumar (IAS:2008:OD) has been appointed as Director (Finance) (JS level), Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited (BHAVINI), Kalpakkam, under the Department of Atomic Energy. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (28.05.2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mr Muthukumar to the post for combined tenure of seven years upto June 23, 2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
