The Madhya Pradesh IAS Officers Association organized the Civil Service Meet- 2024 at the Academy of Administration on Friday. While inaugurating the Meet, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that IAS officers play an important role in creating a unique image of a vast and diverse country like India in the world. Today, India has a distinct identity, and the country is viewed with respect.
CM Yadav said that making a decision or giving an idea is easy, but its implementation on a larger scale is challenging. The efficiency of IAS officers in implementing decisions is praiseworthy, he said while He further said that brainstorming at Civil Service Meet would help build a new Madhya Pradesh.
Yadav also reflected on how IAS officers bring positive changes in the lives of people and transform the systems into order. Such initiatives taken at the individual level provide happiness and satisfaction, he added. The CM said legislature, judiciary, and executive have different responsibilities in running the system. All these institutions have contributed at their respective levels to maintain democracy.
Apart from association officials and IAS officers, important dignitaries present on the occasion included Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, India’ G20 Sherpa and former NITI Aayog chairman Amitabh Kant, and Director General of Academy of Administration JN Kansotia.
