The Delhi High Court is slated to deliver its judgment today on anticipatory bail plea of sacked Maharashtra cadre IAS officer Puja Khedkar. She is facing criminal charges filed by the Delhi Police, accusing her of cheating and unlawfully claiming OBC and disability quota benefits in the civil services examination.
The bench of Justice Chander Dhari Singh reserved its order on November 27, 2024. It was then clarified that till the judgement is delivered, the interim relief granted earlier to Puja Khedkar protecting her from arrest will continue.
