The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the elevation of nine Advocates as Judges of the Bombay High Court. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Collegium held on September 24, 2024. Two separate lists of names were issued.

The first list includes four advocates:

  1. Rajesh Sudhakar Datar
  2. Sachin Shivajirao Deshmukh
  3. Gautam Ashwin Ankhad
  4. Mahendra Madhavrao Nerlika

The second list names five advocates:

  1. Nivedita Prakash Mehta
  2. Prafulla Surendrakumar Khubalkar
  3. Ashwin Damodar Bhobe
  4. Rohit Wasudeo Joshi
  5. Advait Mahendra Sethna
