IRTS officer Vipul Singhal assigned new role in Railway Board

The Ministry of Railways on Thursday (29.08.2024) appointed Vipul Singhal (IRTS:2007) as new Director, Traffic Transportation (Freight & Fertilizer), Railway Board. He is currently serving as Director (Corporate Co-ordination), Railway Board.
