Haryana: 8 IPS officers get new posting orders

The Haryana government Tuesday (23.07.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for 8 IPS officers. Three of these officers were promoted to the rank of Inspector General of Police (IGP).

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Shatrujeet Kapur (IPS:1990:HY), DGP of State, has been given additional charge of Chairman, Haryana Police Housing Corporation, Panchkula.
2. Om Prakash Singh (IPS:1992:HY), ADGP/HSNCB (H), Madhuban with additional charge of Director, State Crime Record Bureau, Panchkula and ADGP, Cyber (H) with additional charge of Director, FSL, Madhuban, has been transferred and posted as MD, Haryana Police Housing Corporation, Panchkula with additional charge of ADGP/HSNCB (H), Madhuban & Director, FSL, Madhuban.
3. Dr. Arshinder Singh Chawla (IPS:1993:HY), ADGP, Haryana State Enforcement Bureau with additional charge of Director, Vigilance & Security, HPUs (H), Panchkula, has been given additional charge of Director, State Crime Record Bureau.
4. Mamta Singh (IPS:1996:HY), ADGP, State Crime Branch (H), Panchkula, has been given additional charge of ADGP, Cyber (H).
5. Arun Singh (IPS:2006:HY) has been promoted and posted as IGP, Modernisation (H).
6. Ashok Kumar (IPS:2006:HY) has been promoted and posted as IGP, State Crime Branch.
7. Om Prakash (IPS:2006:HY) has been promoted and posted as IGP, PTC Sunaria, Rohtak.
8. Shiv Charan (IPS:2007:HY), DIG, PTC, Sunaria, Rohtak, has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner of Police, Faridabad.
