The Madhya Pradesh government on Friday (06.10.2023) issued orders for the transfer and posting of 12 IPS officers as part of a restructuring of the state’s police administration. Additionally, one IPS officer was given additional responsibilities.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- R K Hingankar (IPS:2006:MP), Additional Police Commissioner, (Crime & Hqrs), Indore, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Rural Range, Indore.
- Kumar Saurabh (IPS:2007:MP), DIG, PHQ, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Chambal Range, Morena.
- Sunil Kumar Jain (IPS:2009:MP), DIG, PHQ, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Sagar Range, Sagar.
- Savita Sohane (IPS:2009:MP), DIG, PHQ, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Shahdol Range, Shahdol.
- Manoj Kumar Srivastava (IPS:2009:MP), DIG, Bhopal, Additional Police Commissioner, (Crime & Hqrs), Indore.
- Satyendra Kumar Shukla (IPS:2009:MP), SP, Khandwa, has been transferred and posted as Assistant IG, PHQ, Bhopal.
- Virendra Kumar Singh (IPS:2009:MP), Assistant IG, PHQ, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as SP, Khandwa.
- Santosh Kori (IPS), SP, Agar Malwa, has been transferred and posted as Commandant, 35th Battalion, SAF, Mandla.
- Vinod Kumar Singh (IPS), Commandant, 35th Battalion, SAF, Mandla, has been transferred and posted as SP, Agar Malwa.
- Rajesh Kumar Tripathi (IPS), Zonal SP, Special Branch, Hqrs, Sagar, has been transferred and posted as SP, Pandhurna.
- Ram Sharan Prajapati (IPS), Commandant, 24 Battalion, SAF, Jawara with additional charge of SP, Narcotics.
- Sudhir Kumar Agrawal (IPS), DCP (Hqrs), Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as SP, Maihar.
- Rahul Kumar Lodha (IPS:2011:MP), SP, Ratlam, has been given additional charge of Commandant, 24th Battalion, SAF, Jawara.
