Kerala: Eight IAS officers shifted; Dr S Karthikeyan appointed as CM’s OSD

The Kerala government on Friday issued transfer posting orders for eight officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Dr. S Karthikeyan (IAS:2011:KL): OSD, Chief Minister and State Director, National Health Mission.
2. Bishwanath Sinha (IAS:1992:KL): Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department with additional charges of Additional Chief Secretary of the Store Purchase Department and Chief Executive Officer of the Rebuild Kerala initiative.
3. Dr. Rathan U Kelkar (IAS:2003:KL): Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology with complete additional charge of Income Tax Department.
4. Dr. K Vasuki (IAS:2008:KL): Commissioner, Land Revenue and Kerala State Disaster Management Authority and National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Project (NCRMP).
5. Jafar Malik (IAS:2013:KL): Executive Director, Kudumbashree.
6. H Dineshan (IAS:2013:KL): Director, Information and Public Relations Department.
7. Asif K Yusuf (IAS:2016:KL): Managing Director, Milma.
8. Pramoj Shankar: Director, Kerala State Transport Project (KSTP).
