Bihar: 07 IAS officers shifted, V K Singh is Development Commissioner

The Bihar government on Saturday (26.02.2022) has issued transfer and posting orders of seven senior IAS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Vivek Kumar Singh (IAS:1989:BH): Development Commissioner, Bihar.
2. Brijesh Mehrotra (IAS:1989:BH): Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department with additional charges of Consolidation/Inquiry Commissioner, General Administration Department and Additional Chief Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Department.
3. Sandeep Poundrik (IAS:1993:BH): Principal Secretary, Industries with additional charges of Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority and Managing Director, Infrastructure Development Authority.
4. Vinay Kumar (IAS:1999:BH): Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department with additional charges of Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation and Mission Director, Bihar Development Mission, has been given additional charges of Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Secretary, Bihar State Planning Board and Project Director, Bihar Aapda Punarwas Evam Punarnirman Society (BAPEPS).
5. Prem Singh Meena (IAS:2000:BH): Secretary, Social Welfare Department with the additional charge of Director, Social Security.
6. Anupam Kumar (IAS:2003:BH): Secretary, CM Secretariat with the additional charge of Secretary, Information and Public Relations has been given additional charge of Mission Director, Bihar Development Mission.
7. Dayanidhan Pandey (IAS:2006:BH): Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur.
