Union govt notifies transfer of Madras HC Chief Justice Sanjib Banerjee

The Union government on Monday (15.11.2021) notified the transfer of Madras High Court Chief Justice Sanjib Banerjee to Meghalaya High Court.

The Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on 16th September 2021, had recommended the transfer of Mr. Justice Sanjib Banerjee, Chief Justice of Madras High Court to Meghalaya High Court.
