Himachal Pradesh : 07 IPS officers transferred

The Himachal Pradesh government on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders of seven IPS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. S.B. Negi (IPS:1990:HP) : ADG-cum-Commandant General, Home Guards and Fire Services.
2. N.Venugopal (IPS:1995:HP) : ADG, AP&T with additional charge of AGD, Law & Order.
3. Himanshu Mishra (IPS:1998:HP) : IG, Southern Range Shimla.
4. Ashif Jalal (IPS:2002:HP) : IG, Vigilance.
5. J.P. Singh (IPS:2000:HP) : IG, AP&T.
6. Dr. Ramesh Chander chhajta : Commandant-4, IRBn, Jangalberi.
7. Virendra Singh Thakur : SP, PTC, Daroh.
