The MP government has entrusted 7 IAS officers with the task of ensuring safe return of the people of the state, who are stranded in other parts of the country during lockdown. These officers have to send people from other states also, who are stuck in Madhya Pradesh.
According to Additional Chief Secretary I C P Keshari, these officers will coordinate with the administration of the different states that have been assigned to them.
“These officers will ensure the transportation of the people stranded in other states. Besides, they will also coordinate with the administration of other states to send back their people stuck in MP by following all the protocols,” he said.
These nodal officers will submit a daily progress report in this regard to Principal Secretary Sanjay Dubey.
