3. Anuradha Prasad (IDAS:1986)
4. Rasika Chaube (IDAS:1986)
5. Pramod Kumar Pathak (IFoS:1986:KL)
6. P.K. Kesavan (IFoS:1986:KL)
7. Dakshita Das (IRAS:1986)
8. M.A. Ganapathy (IPS:1986:UK)
