West Bengal: Two IAS officers assigned additional charges, another transferred

The West Bengal government on Wednesday (30.11.2022) assigned additional responsibilities to its two IAS officers and transferred another.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Dr. P Ulaganathan (IAS:2006:WB), Secretary, P&RD Department will also hold the charge of Secretary, Self-Help Group and Self Employment Department in addition to his normal duties.
2. Dr. Vijay Bharti (IAS:2005:WB), Commissioner, Burdwan Division will also hold the charge of Commissioner, Presidency Division in addition to his normal duties.
3. Dr. Preeti Goyal (IAS:2013:WB), Additional District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas has been transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas with headquarters at Basirhat.
