Usha Padhee (IAS:1996:OR), Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), has been given the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Pawan Hans Limited for a period of three months.
Padhee is the first woman CMD of the Miniratna helicopter service company.
She succeeded BP Sharma. The post was vacant since the superannuation of Sharma in January.
