The Uttar Pradesh government on Friday (May 30, 2025) assigned additional responsibilities to two senior IAS officers as part of a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, enhancing their current portfolios.
Amit Kumar Ghosh (IAS:1994:UP), currently serving as Principal Secretary in the Secretariat Administration Department, has been entrusted with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries Department.
Sanyukta Samaddar (IAS:1999:UP), who currently holds charge of the Political Pension and Civil Defence Department along with Minority Affairs & Muslim Waqf Department, has now been assigned additional charge of Principal Secretary, Administrative Reforms & Public Service Management Department, and Director, Administrative Reforms.
