UP: Five IPS officers shifted, Manzil Saini posted as IG, Vigilance

In a significant development, the Uttar Pradesh government recently issued transfer and posting orders for five IPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Manzil Saini (IPS:2005:UP), waiting for posting, has been posted as IG, Vigilance HQ, Lucknow.
2. SM Kasim Abidi (IPS:2017:UP), SP (Hqrs), DGP Hqrs, Lucknow, has been transferred and posted as SP, Vigilance HQ, Lucknow.
3. Syed Ali Abbas (IPS:2018:UP), Additional DCP, Lucknow Commissionerate, has been transferred and posted as Additional DCP, Agra Commissionerate.
4. Vidya Sagar Mishra (IPS), DCP, Gautam Buddh Nagar Commissionerate, has been transferred and posted as DCP, Lucknow Commissionerate.
5. Dr. Durgesh Kumar (IPS), Commandant, 11th Battalion, PAC, Sitapur, has been transferred and posted as DCP, Lucknow Commissionerate.
