UP: 8 IAS officers shifted; RK Singh appointed CEO of YEIDA and Noida Airport

The Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday (June 29, 2025) issued transfer and posting orders for eight IAS officers. The most notable among them is the appointment of Rakesh Kumar Singh-II as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of both the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) and Noida International Airport. Singh is currently serving as Secretary to the Chief Minister.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

  1. Alok Kumar-III (IAS:1998:UP), Principal Secretary, Planning &Programme Implementation and Nodal Officer One Trillion Dollar Economy, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Reorganisation Coordination, Language, National Integration and General Administration Department and Director, Hindi Sansthan.
  2. Rakesh Kumar Singh-II (IAS:2009:UP), Secretary to CM, has been transferred and posted as CEO, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) and CEO, Noida International Airport.
  3. Yogesh Kumar (IPS:2010:UP), Special Secretary, Home Department, has been transferred and posted as Incharge Commissioner & Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
  4. Dr. Heera Lal (IAS:2009:UP), Commissioner & Registrar, Cooperative Societies, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, National Integration Department.
  5. Anamika Singh (IAS:2004:UP), Secretary, Women Welfare & Child Development and Nutrition and DG, State Nutrition Mission, has been transferred and posted as CEO, UP Clear Air Management Project Authority and Secretary, Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department.
  6. Bhawani Singh Khangarot (IAS:2010:UP), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Special Secretary, Revenue Department.
  7. Sanya Chhabra (IAS:2019:UP), MD, UP State Tourism Development Corporation, has been transferred and posted as CDO, Hardoi.
  8. Isha Priya (IAS:2016:UP), Special Secretary, Tourism Department and Director, Tourism, has been given additional charge of MD, UP State Tourism Development Corporation.
