The Union government on Tuesday (29.11.2022) notified appointment of two Advocates as Additional Judges of the Bombay High Court. They have been appointed for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.

Their names are ;

  1. Santosh Govindrao Chapalgaonkar
  2. Milind Manohar Sathaye

The Supreme Court collegium on September 12 approved the proposal to elevate two Advocates as Additional Judges of the Bombay High Court and sent the recommendations to the President.
