The Tripura government on Sunday (20.05.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for six IAS/IFS officers.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- K S Sethi (IFS:1990:TR), Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HOFF and Principal Secretary, Forest, Science Technology & Environment and Industries & Commerce (Including HH&S and excluding IT) Departments, is relieved from the charge of Industries & Commerce (Handloom, Handicrafts & Sericulture) Department.
- Apurba Roy (IAS:2006:TR), Secretary, Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, GA (P&T) Departments with additional charge of State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities is relieved from the additional charge of State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities.
- Tapas Roy (IAS:2007:TR), Secretary, Minorities Welfare, OBC Welfare, Home (Jail), Co-operation and Education (SW & SE) Departments will also hold the charge of State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities.
- L T Darlong (IAS:2008:TR), Secretary, Tribal Welfare (including TRP & PTG) Department will also hold the charge of Industries & Commerce ( Handloom, Handicraft & Sericulture), Department, in addition.
- S Prabhu (IFS:2009:TR), Director, Tribal Welfare Department, Agartala will also hold the charge of Conservator of Forests (Territorial Coordination).
- Wangdup Bhutia (IFS:2008:TR), Conservator of Forests (Monitoring & Evaluation) also holding the additional charges of Conservator of Forests (Territorial Coordination), and Research is relieved from the additional charge of Conservator of Forests ( Territorial Coordination).
