Three Judicial Officers Appointed as Judges of Himachal Pradesh High Court

The Union Government on August 27, 2026, notified the appointment of three Judicial Officers to the Himachal Pradesh High Court. Chirag Bhanu Singh has been appointed as a Judge, while Bhupesh Sharma and Yogesh Jaswal have been appointed as Additional Judges of the High Court.

The appointments follow the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium, which, in its meeting held on June 2, 2026, recommended their names for elevation to the Himachal Pradesh High Court.
