Sunil Kumar Paliwal (IAS:1993:TN) was on Saturday appointed as Chairperson of Chennai Port Trust. According to an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), he has been appointed to the post for an overall tenure of five years upto 15.09.2024 from date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Presently, he is serving as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), Kamarajar Port Limited.
