The deputation tenure of Somanath Hansdah (IRSS:1995) as CVO of National Aluminium Company Ltd. (NALCO), Bhubaneswar, has been extended for a period of two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (13.05.2022), the competent authority has approved the proposal to extend the deputation tenure of Hansdah to the post for a period of two years beyond 18.08.2022 i.e. up to 18.08.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
