Dr. Shveta Uppal, Chief Editor, Publication Division, NCERT, has been appointed as Textbook Expert for Improving Results in Secondary Education (IRISE) Project, Ministry of Liberia, West Africa for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the competent authority has approved the proposal for grant of cadre clearance to Ms Uppal to take up foreign assignment with the World Bank-funded project.
