The Supreme Court Collegium has reiterated its recommendation to elevate two Judicial Officers as Judges of the Calcutta High Court.
They are ;
- Shampa Dutt (Paul)
- Siddhartha Roy Chowdhury
The collegium had on September 1, 2021 recommended the appointment of Dutt and Chowdhary. The file was returned by the Central government to the Collegium which chose to reiterate its recommendation.
