The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the name of Justice Harpreet Singh Brar, currently serving as an Additional Judge, for appointment as Permanent Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Collegium held on December 12, 2024.
