The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the elevation of Advocate Harish Kumar as a Judge of the Patna High Court. The decision was taken on Tuesday (08.02.2022), during a meeting of the Collegium.
As on February 1, the Patna High Court had 26 judges as against its sanctioned strength of 53, leaving a vacancy of 27 judges.
