Saurabh Kumar (IFS:1989) was on Tuesday (16.11.2021) appointed to the post of Secretary (East) in the Ministry of External Affairs. He will replace Ms. Riva Ganguly Das (IFS:1986) upon her superannuation on December 31, 2021. Presently, he is serving as Ambassador of India, Yangoon.
