Saraswati Prasad gets Special Secretary rank in Ministry of Steel

Saraswati Prasad (IAS:1985:AM) has been appointed as Special Secretary and Finacial Adviser, Ministry of Steel, by temporarily upgrading the post. He is presently posted as Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser,Ministry of Steel.
