The Modi government on Wednesday repatriated Rajeev Ranjan (IAS:1985:TN) to his parent cadre Tamil Nadu. He was serving as Secretary, Department of Fisheries in the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying in New Delhi. He is expected to be appointed as next Chief Secretary in the state.
